We’ve used Hammerhead for several renovation projects as well as a pool installation. We are consistently pleased with the work and craftsmanship. We were referred to Hammerhead from two separate friends who had multiple successful projects with Hammerhead. We have now finished our third renovation/expansion project with Hammerhead. The only comparisons we have are the nightmare stories and missed deadlines from other Hilton Head friends who did not use Hammerhead. We have been very happy with Hammerhead’s and their partner subcontractors’ professionalism. For each project we have raised our expectations, and we are happy to report Hammerhead continues to meet them. From initial meetings with Jake and Tyler on how our projects would roll out, to design options with Christa, to thorough invoicing, we have been very happy. We used Jake for a Villa remodel in Sea Pines. While our job was not the largest, we felt like he was personally involved in the entire process. He communicated along the way and kept us informed of deadlines. Most importantly, when a problem came up, he took ownership and quickly worked to a resolution. It is hard to ask more than that.
